Are these prices guaranteed?

Prices shown are starting prices. Your final quote will reflect the property size, project location, requested coverage, editing needs, travel and other project requirements.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit may be required for custom video, events, marine shoots, large properties and extended projects. The deposit amount will be included in your quote.

What is included in the price?

Unless otherwise stated, pricing includes the scheduled capture session, standard professional editing and digital delivery of the agreed-upon files.

Are travel fees charged?

Travel within the standard Sarasota-area service region may be included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the normal service area and will be disclosed before booking.

​

What happens if weather prevents the flight?

Drone appointments may be rescheduled when rain, wind, visibility or other conditions make flying unsafe or negatively affect the finished media. Weather-related rescheduling does not result in a penalty.

​

Can I combine services?

Yes. Photography, aerial video, interior footage, vertical reels and other services can be combined into a customized package. Bundled pricing may be available.

​

How quickly will I receive my files?

Standard photo projects are generally delivered within 24–48 hours. Video, event and custom editing projects may require additional time. Your expected delivery date will be confirmed before the project.
